Building the Community with Youth Employment, Community Projects, and Education
The North End Foundation is an organization that helps to build a thriving community in Berea Ohio. We partner with youth, parents, employers, and other important individuals to provide special opportunities for our community. You can start this process by reviewing our current opportunities. We look forward to partnering with you.
Berea Youth Works–Ages 16-26
Berea Youth Works provides work opportunities that benefit the family, the youth, and the community. The family benefits in that parents can be assured that their youth are learning important and critical work values. Students learn how to work in a team setting, and our experience is that students really like working with other students. Also, they earn above the minimum wage. Learn more about Berea Youth Works.
Homeowners, Non-profits, & Business Owners
You can help the North End Foundation and our southwest communities by identifying jobs around your area that Berea Youth Work students can do in the spring and summer. It is a great opportunity for students to learn about the world of work. We have worked on projects like maintaining the Berea Fair Grounds for the Berea City Club’s National Cook Off and the Cleveland Pizza Fest. Also, we clean gutters, power wash decks, and maintain lawns bi-weekly mowing and mulching as requested by homeowners. Berea Youth Works is always looking for new opportunities to serve the community and to take on a new challenge. Learn more about becoming an Employer.
